2 – Purpose of the Site

The Site is a showcase website intended to present the reflexology services (foot, hand, cranio-facial, auricular, and combined reflexology) and well-being massages offered by Claude Huwyler, to allow online appointment booking, and to present the purchasing terms for gift vouchers.

The use of online booking services and the purchase of gift vouchers are strictly reserved for individuals of legal age, or minors holding express parental authorization.

3 – Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

Claude Huwyler owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights for all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons, and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Claude Huwyler.
